This is a variation of a variation. The Boulevardier is a Negroni but using Bourbon. Switch out the Bourbon for a peaty Scotch and you'll get this absolute gem. With a deep and complex flavour profile, this drink is a fantastic, classy sipper. One is rarely enough.
40ml - Laphroaig
30ml - Campari
30ml - Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir it down with plenty of ice.
Serve in a chilled Nick & Nora.
Garnish with an orange twist.
